House Rules
Abiding by these rules is a condition for booking. Breaking any of the house rules may result in termination of the rental agreement and/or immediate removal from the premises without refund at the sole discretion of the host. The reservation holder is responsible for ensuring that any/all of their group members, associates, invitees, etc. are aware of and abide by these rules during the entirety of their stay.
Basic House Rules
-No parties or events of any kind are permitted, and may result in additional fines;
-The Premises may only be used for personal accommodation purposes.
-No more than the stated maximum capacity may visit or occupy the Premises at any one time;
-Any guest not on the original reservation may not stay at the Premises overnight.
-The person named in the booking and signing this Agreement is responsible for the conduct of all guests and occupants in the Premises during the term of occupancy.
-The person named in the booking and signing this Agreement acknowledges that they are responsible for all damages defined in the Damage Protection Policy as well as fines and consequences.
-No pets unless approved in advance by Host. Please refer to Pet Policy.
-No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the Premises;
-No excessive noise, please see below for details pertaining to the noise ordinance and regulations.
-No illegal substances or activities.
-No dangerous or hazardous items.
-NO GLITTER allowed on property
-Possession of Firearms on the Premises is strictly prohibited.
-Trash may only be placed in bins and barrels, presence of trash outside these designated areas or on the property is prohibited.
Additional Rules
- Damage. Any damage to the Premises and possessions may result in additional fines. Guests are responsible for doing a walkthrough and reporting any damage upon check-in.
Tampering with noise alert monitoring systems or security equipment, on site to ensure guest safety, will result in immediate removal from premises and the imposition of additional fines.
Trash. All trash must be taken out and placed in dumpster, the location of which will be disclosed in your check in instructions. If the dumpster is full, please place full trash bags at the top of the stairs and please contact us. A member of our Property Management team will take care of the full dumpsters.
-Houseware. All dirty cookware and dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and turned on upon departure.
- Noise Rules. Please respect the local noise ordinance, guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times. Thank you for helping to keep good relations with our neighbors! Indoor noise levels must be kept below 70 dBA at all times. Outdoor noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA at all times. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Outdoor music is not permitted after 11:00 pm.
** Local neighborhood quiet hours are 9:00 pm to 8:00 am**
Guests will not be given a refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations.
Any visit from property management based on a noise violation may result in additional fines.
Authority Involvement. Any visit from the local police due to violation of House Rules may result in immediate removal without refund.
-Bunkbeds. Bunkbeds are to be used at guests own risk.
- Subletting. Subletting the property is expressly prohibited.
Guest Mail or Packages. Should you choose to mail or ship a package to this address, please note that you do so at your own risk, and are responsible for its safe arrival. We are not responsible for mail or packages delivered to the property.
The person making reservation must be 25 years of older. If younger, please contact us first. A photo ID may be required upon arrival. Owners reserve the right to refuse rental to any individual or group. It is a crime to obtain this rental property under false pretenses. The use of premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbors. Owners reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and ask disruptive guests to vacate the premises with no refund. We must have an agreed to copy of the Rental Agreement prior to check-in. Rental rates and specials may change, but you agree to be bound by the rates in effect at the time of reserving the unit.
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. The unit is not childproof and stairs can be dangerous.
